CUSTOMER CARE
In the offhand chance a package arrives damaged, a new set of the same design will be sent to you within the next 3 to 5 business days free of charge as well as the surprise free gift. Images of the damaged item must be sent to the business email, kay@iwantkaylasnails.com for the order to be finalized.
Only one free surprise gift per order.
For gifts, leave a note with your purchase and your package will be gift wrapped free of charge, which will also include one free surprise gift. A note will also be written by your specifications upon purchase.
COVID-19
Online shopping limits direct contact with large groups, making your experience safer.
We take extreme precautions to assure your product is packaged hygienically. All designs are made using latex gloves, with an alcohol rub down upon completion. All boxes, stickers, surprise free gifts, and gift wrapping are also decontaminated prior to shipping.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO):
"The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures."
Your nail set is placed in its own special box which is placed inside a shipping box, also limiting exposure.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Your satisfaction and health are our priority, therefore no returns or exchanges are being accepted. To be eligible for a reorder for a damaged item, images of the product must be sent to the business email within 30 days of the order date.
Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to assure you replacement is sent out.
